Inbox Redesign: More control over your inbox
We drastically improved the navigation of the inbox including consolidating notification activity, tasks, and messages all into one place and exposing common message filters to allow you to find the messages you are looking for faster. With the new notification activity area, we pulled content-forward so you can immediately see what you are being notified about and see it all within the context of your inbox.
Finally, we are introducing pinned messages, which allow teams to highlight important messages by pinning them, ensuring that those messages don't get lost in the clutter. Pinned messages appear on your individual home page, are tagged in your inbox, and are accessible through a one-click filter in your inbox; all of which allows you to more easily find the messages that are most important to the team. Metric Drilldowns: Understand what’s driving your KPI’s from all angles.
Now you can breakdown the performance of a KPI across multiple categories. For example, depending on the columns of your data, you can break down how a metric is doing across different individuals, product lines etc.
Introducing Contests - Friendly Competition to Motivate your Team
Contests are a powerful way to motivate your team. Now you can create team wide contests directly within the Pathlight app. Pathlight will automatically track performance and create contest leaderboards so you know exactly who top performers are.
